Our store offers two types of products: custom print-on-demand physical 
items (clothing) and digital products. Different shipping rules apply to 
each category.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Clothing & Apparel)

Production & Fulfillment
All physical products are printed and fulfilled by a trusted print-on-demand partner on a made-to-order basis. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before 
your order is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times (after production):
- European Union: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, 
customs processing, or peak seasons.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the 
weight of your order.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number. You can use it to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties 
imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the 
customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please 
contact us at contact@offshorebros.co. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.

 

Each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce unnecessary waste.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products require no shipping. Upon successful payment, you will 
receive an email containing your download link within minutes.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive the email 
shortly after purchase.

Download links are valid for a limited time. If your link has expired or 
is not working, please contact us at contact@offshorebros.co and we will 
resend it promptly.
