Refund Policy

Our store offers two types of products: custom print-on-demand physical 
items (clothing) and digital products. Different refund rules apply to 
each category.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Clothing & Apparel)

All physical products are made to order and fulfilled by a trusted print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced at the 
time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's 
remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 
14 days of delivery at contact@offshorebros.co with:
- A photo of the defective item
- Your order number
- A description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal
As our physical products are custom-made on demand, they are exempt from 
the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer 
Rights Directive.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of defective or 
incorrect items.

 

We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work to resolve any issues fairly.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products (e.g. downloadable files, e-books, licenses) are 
delivered electronically immediately after payment confirmation.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate 
delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you lose your right 
of withdrawal upon delivery, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU 
Consumer Rights Directive.

Therefore, digital products are non-refundable once delivered/accessed, except in 
cases where:
- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed
- The product delivered does not match its description

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at 
contact@offshorebros.co with your order number and a description of the issue. 
We will resolve the matter promptly with a replacement or full refund.
